Peach State Star Gaze Registration
Each person attending the PSSG must be registered. A registration fee of $50.00 (individual rate) or $75.00(family rate) is charged to cover the expenses of the PSSG. Family registration is defined as two adults in a legally recognized relationship and their dependant children (age 16 and under). Dependent children ages 17 - 21 are an additional $15.00 per child. Brothers, sisters, cousins, uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, in-laws, or best friends (regardless of age) do not qualify for the family rate. You are urged to take advantage of advanced registration on the website or by mail before September 5, 2008. Please complete and return the attached registration form, with payment, to the address indicated.
After September 5, 2008 and at the gate, the registration fee will be $75.00 (individual rate) or $100.00 (family rate) and $25.00 per dependant child (age 17 - 21).
Registration confirmations will be emailed (if your email address is included on the registration form) to you. Payment must be received prior to September 5, 2008.
Registration confirmations will be mailed at special request.
After September 5, 2008, registration can only be made at the event. Registration payment at the event can be cash or check only.
Site Registration
This is a camping event, so bring your tent or trailer. Grier Field is a large open field at the Deerlick Astronomy Village . Restroom and shower facilities are available, supplemented by Porta-John's.
Please complete the Camping Fee section of the registration form and enclose payment. If you are not camping, but staying elsewhere, please complete only the Entrance Fee section of the registration form, as well as the PSSG Registration Fee section.
Internet Registration / Confirmation
Our website and registration system have been upgraded to enable you to register over the Internet. Complete details and an online registration form are available on our website at http://www.AtlantaAstronomy.Org/PSSG. If you include your email address on the registration form you will receive electronic confirmation.

We accept payment via PayPal.
The Online Registration requires and uses cookies. If you have difficulty with the online registration, make sure you allow cookies from the atlantaastronomy.org web site.

Advance Registration
- Advanced registration ends September 5, 2008, after that date you are considered a walk-in. The registration information, including payment, must be postmarked by September 5th.
- Registration fees:
- The event registration fee is $50.00 for an Individual and $75.00 for a Family. Youth registration is $15.00.
- Camping is $10.00 per person per night or $15.00 per night for family. Youth camping is $3.00 per night.

Walkins
Any registration postmarked after September 5th, is considered a
walkin.
Walkins will pay an additional $25.00.

Registration at the event may be limited and is on a first come first served basis.
Cancellations
Refund Policy
Cancellations will be refunded in full if written notification is received by September 5, 2008.
Refunds, for those canceling before September 5, 2008 will be processed after November 1st.
After September 5th there are NO REFUNDS. Cancellations cannot be accepted after September 5th.
T-Shirts are not refundable after September 5th. and will be mailed.
No refunds will be issued for late arrivals or premature departure.
The PSSG is an all weather event. The event will not be rescheduled or canceled due to weather.
